How much for each?
 
$600-$650 maybe for the 3500+, maybe $225-$250 for the old P4... Note that I am not that good at appraisal, however. I may be a tad on the low side, but it seems about right to me.
 
depends on a few things - such as use of the system - age of the components etc.
The second system - $200 is about right -
The first system - again depending on the age of parts- whether/not overclocked- etc. - yeah 600 sounds about right (due to the dog of a vid card...)
In some cases, parting out will bring more $$$...
