How much power

How many watts would I need?
I'm looking at the seasonic X-650. would it power my machine enough? I'm about to upgrade my video card and bluray drive, my proposed spec will be:

i7-920
6gb (3x2) DDR3
2x SSD
3x HDD
1xBD-RW
1xGTX460
x-fi

If you care for reassurance, I recently borrowed a kill-a-watt meter, and measured the TDP of my i7 920 and 5870. The rest of my system comprised to 5 fans + h50 pump, three HDDs, and two pci(-e) peripheral cards.

Tests were done by loading the CPU with prime95(max power consumption mode) and Furmark for the GPU.

Stock voltage/speeds:

Idle usage - 143W
Full load - 430W

OC'd 4GHz@1.34V:

Idle usage - 186W
Full load - 565W

Granted, this is purely using stress testing software, I have never seen the usage go above 350-400W in any of the games I have played while using the meter.
