It's a good start. However, it can be improved:

Display wise, I think there are far far better display for the money out there. Hit up the Displays subform for more advice on what displays to look at or buy.

Liquid cooling wise, IIRC< the Coolermaster Nepton 280L actually outperforms the X61 while being a bit cheaper.
