Well that is at 100% load, what do they max out during normal usage and gaming? Unless you are doing distributed computing or using your box for rendering 100% temps are kind of useless.
 
I would invest in something like a H100 or a bigger heatsink, it would keep the temps in a better ballpark. It's all personal preference really what you're comfortable with temp wise. For me personally i like to keep CPU's under 70c.

i have two hyper 212+ coolers one with two stock cm fans and one with 2X gelid silent 12 pwm fans

and in both cases push pull winds up with about a 1 or 2C improvements on temps.

I wouldn't want my i5-2500K that hot...
 
I'm actually afraid to run the LinX Intel app, it might kill my CPU :p

Those temps you see are with Prime95.
 
Im no expert, but you wont see thoses temps in real world applications unless FoH. Its mostly a personal temp thingy, like i like to see prime95 around or below 85c but real world would prob be like 68c YMMV. Its always a good idea to have a bettter cooler that fits your budgets and preferences otherwise everyone go water cooling lmao.
