I have an assortment of LEDs, CCFLs, EL Wires..

But I'm really clueless on how to put them all together.

Are they any guides for this?

Just put it where it looks good, experiment.

CCFLs makes noise due to the inverter and is generally more suited for monitor backlighting, for case lighting it is alright to say the most. LED strips are what I find to be the best looking and easy to setup/light up the areas you want.

I've never had CCFLs make any noise... They usually come with a switch too, making turning them on and off easier. Being a continuous bar they also cover any areas much more consistently and far easier to place, but they do use more power then LEDs and aren't quite as bright, but will be much more even as flood lighting.

If you are planning on any UV reactive stuff CCFL is the only way to go because there is no LED lights that actually cover the full spectrum of UV, so things will look washed out instead of popping.

I've been looking into this too...There are LED strips on ebay but I haven't seen any posted and listed as such to see a good example.

Actually, if you really want a great UV experience, a small handheld fluorescent black light tube (usually run on 6-12v) can put out considerably more UV and less purple light.

Try it ;). A big larger, but still fairly easy to hide if you don't mind messing with it's housing.
