I used Rufus to make a customized installer (on an older slow USB 2.0 UFD) for Windows 11 but I want to make multiple customized bootable versions (For different use cases) that I can put onto my way faster external NVMe Ventoy drive.
Is there an easy way to do what I want? Can I just create a bootable ISO image from a flash drive if so how?

Thanks

you have what you need, i think. use rufus to save your custom usbs back to iso and then load them via ventoy.

NTLite probably based on what it sounds like you want to do - forums there have a lot of guides too

Probably can do all on one, but with 16gb drives so cheap, might be easier to grab some and have one for each OS install?
