I just put the beta flag... And got one on the 4080S immediately. Correlation is not causality but maybe something odd is going on with this project
 
Yeah. I turned off the beta flag and the stream of them stopped.
 
Between work and kids, it's my one hobby. I can leave the systems running in the corner. I'm trying to keep myself from buying another 5080... :ROFLMAO:

The 50 series cards are beasts.

5090+5080 = 2 x (4090 + 4070) all while consuming ~200w more.

Awesome, pretty much the same with how much goes on in life any more.
Those 50 series GPUs are in a different class all together, and much like potato chips you can't have just one...
 
I enjoy folding because it's a passive hobby. Just fire stuff up and watch the points go up. By the end of the day I rarely have the energy to benchmark stuff or game like I used to.

That said, now that it's getting hotter here I'll be cutting back on folding until fall.
 
Pretty much. My hobby was keeping koi. I needed to build a new pond, which didn't happen. Sold them and now I fold.
