Highest contrast monitors?

The FG2421 gets around 5k:1.

Are there any other monitors for under ~$700 (preferably closer to $150), that achieve a similar rating?

The 2011/2012 gen AMVA Panels have the highest contrast ratios of all lcd monitors ever, but they are lacking in almost every other regard, best to use as small televisions and office panels.

Here is a comparison table with contrasts, deltaE and more
but I'm not sure their scr measurements are always correct, because some results are just insane, others seem too low

the new 8-domain amva(+) are better in all other areas but contrast is not that high anymore
