Thunderstorm was in the area so I shut my system down for the night.
Next day I started it up and noticed high temps on my CPU 100c). I then checked the fan and water pump rpm's and they were fine. Next day I cleaned out the case, filter and radiator and the old thermal paste and installed new. Started up and same high temps with normal rpm's.
I am going to try to find a new AIO and order it.

Could be some sort of blockage or air bubble in the line.

You don't mention what cooler you are using, but I had similar issues with a Corsair H110i GTX.

Those things apparently had 5 years of warranty, so I got it replaced under RMA.

AIO are bound to dry out a little, my AIO wasn't as efficient after 4 years of use, so I RAM'd the damn thing and it cost me $37 to ship it. But I decided to buy the be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 for $89.99 and now my CPU runs cooler than it did.
Also, copper base blocks arent' the greatest to keep CPU cool nowadays, if you notice these heat-sinks that do a good job at keeping the CPUs cool have a nickel-plated base. Like lapping the IHS, give it that shiny surface.

Don't go with an AIO again. I didn't, so now I have a brand spanking new Corsair AIO 280mm collecting dust, but it's in its sealed box though.

The problem is that only 2 AIO's will fit and work in my itx case.
I found an H80i and ordered it only to return it as it was a V2 which has a thicker radiator and wont fit. The listing mentioned nothing about a version 2.
