High quality, right angle SATA II cables?

Recently I bought two right angle SATA cables made by OKGear from Jab-tech. The quality is awful, and they're extremely difficult to get in and out of SATA connectors.

I'm looking for ~30 inch, black, at least one end right angle, high quality SATA II cables. The SATA cables that came with my old Intel Badaxe 2 were of good quality, but they were clear-blue and not right angle. Price doesn't matter too much, as long as its not outrageous.

Thank you for any suggestions.

no such thing really as a SATA II cable, and SATA cable is an SATA cable in that sense.

but i know what you mean on cheap ones, cheap, thin, too flexible, cable doesnt bend well, or seems to "strech and crack" when bent.

I just meant a SATA cable rated for 3.0 Gbits/s, which is unofficially called SATA II, I believe.

One of the cheap ones that I bought got stuck in my motherboard, it took me a good 5 minutes of pulling to get it out without breaking the board.

All sata cables are the same regardless when they say SATAI or SATAII :) It's just a good way to get consumers to buy into the marketing.

A good place to start would be:

www.svc.com
www.pchcables.com
www.cooldrives.com

Thats funny, I didn't have a problem with my okgear sata cables. Just a pinch on the metal retainer and a little wiggle and out they come. So far i've used at least 7 of them (2 black, 3 green, 2 silver) with relative ease. I just hated the normal skinny red cables with the plastic retainer.

Thank you for the replies, everyone. Some of the cables on Cooldrives look promising.

How come some are advertised as only supporting up to 1.5 Gbps, like this? Is there really no difference between one that supposedly supports 3.0 Gbps?

I second SVC. Newegg doesn't have what I want for my cooling needs, I always go to SVC. Plus, they do shipping for you entire order, not per item like Newegg. Here is a hint for SVC, try each of the different shipping options to see what is cheaper. I have found that priority is sometimes cheaper than ground (and gets here faster :D).

It's probably old stock when 1.5 was around or thats the way that the company advertises it as so the store keeps to the same numbers.

Sometimes companies would have a claimed "1.5" and a "3.0" cable next to eachother, but charge for the 3.0 a ton more... so users who are not sure on which cable they need will think "man, I need this 3.0, this one is only a 1.5". and buy it.
