High Precision Event Timer and 3DMark01 Boost?

What are these features? I have Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite motherboard.

- High Precision Event Timer
- 3DMark01 Boost

I read that people report higher FPS and less stuttering. Should I modify above features in my BIOS and see if it improves system performance?

A lot of games have built-in benchmarks amd theres a free 3dmark.

3DMark2001 feels nostalgic. Was amazed by that Skynet car chase and lobby shootout. It was a time when Max Payne and Matrix: Path of Neo were a thing. What a great times... Pentium IV... slow HDD... crappy headphones
