would it be a good idea to take out the side air duct from my case and replace it with a fan
 
- What case do you have?
- What are your current CPU temps at idle and load? Also, what's your ambient temperature?
 
i dont know the model but it is a rosewill case the cpu temperature is at 32
do you mean the room temperature?

Yes the room temperature as well. Also. 32 what? C? F? at load? at idle? What program are you using to measure the temperatures?
 
Ok, use a program like Speedfan to monitor your temps. Google, download, install and run Prime 95 while Speedfan is open. After a minute, record record the temperature of your CPU.
