hi, i want to build a new pc reusing some components. im not from U.S and i can only buy from amazon. My budget is 400$ maximun 500$. what i really want is an intel i7 4790k, a motherboard for it and some RAM. My last PC just die on me, and amd phenom 975. I would like to get the best i can, on the motherboard i would like to get all new tecnologies available usb 3.0, sata 6gb, pci-e. Maybe later i would get some new GPU with a power supply. I really like to taste the fast booting and overall speed boost from an SSD but is not a priority.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
First gaming, web browsing

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
400-450$, i would buy from amazon

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Not from U.S, arriving agust 23, leaving september 7

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, motherboard and RAM 8gb or 16gb, SSD.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
* Power supply Thermaltake tt-450nl1nh-1 450W
* 2x 2tb seagate HDD
* GPU: HD radeon 5570hd
* Monitor
* LG DVD-DL burner

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
HP w2558hc

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
As soon as possible, i would like to buy before i arrive, i would free super saver shipping

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
USB 3.0,sata 6Gb,

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
i already own windows 8.1 licensed

Yeaaaah, here's the deal: You should buy a new PSU from the get-go since your current PSU is not good enough for a modern system.

In addition, you're only gaming so there's no real reason for you to get the Core i7 4790K nor are you overclocking so a K series CPU is a bad idea.

So here's what I recommend instead:
$200 - Intel Core i5-4590 CPU
$88 - Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Intel H97M mATX Motherboard
$77 - Crucial Ballistix BLS8G3D1609DS1S00 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
$70 - XFX TS Series XFX TS 550W PSU
---
Total: $435 shipped

Thanks, i7 would be too mucho? I was trying to get the best I can. But I may compromise some other stuff, but you are right.

Yes, too much and not even needed. Even if you had a $1000 budget, I still wouldn't recommend the Core i7 since you're not doing anything that would justify spending that extra $100 for that Core i7.

Again, you're not doing anything where it would make sense for you to get the Core i7. Gaming does not require a Core i7.
