Just got the motherboard a few days ago and fooling around a little bit trying a few easy things.

For example. Motherboard says it supports 1333 fsb. So I set it to 1333 and reduce cpu multi to run at stock just for fun and damn thing refuses to do it. This should be easy I would think.

If you have this board and are having success with OC'ing it, I would appreciate a few tips to head me in the right direction.

Thanks BIll.
Not what I'm looking for however.
What I am reffering to, and I guess I should have been more specific to start with is an explanation of some of the eccentricities of this board. Like, why when I set "linked" does ram still run at 800 with everything stock but when I only move the fsb up 1 (or 4 depending on how your board shows fsb) the ram speed goes down. When I set "linked" at stock, my ram should be running at 533 right? 266x2 =532. It does not.
It is not a reference board or reference bios. It is going to take someone who owns one to help me I'm sure and unfortunately, there might not be that many. My K8N Diamond Plus was the best motherboard I've ever owned so I thought, what the hell, I'll get another MSI Diamond and the Platinum seems wildly popular...........................................frustrating so far.
