Well I will cancel the mobo replacement I asked on my previous thread.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mostly gaming, web browsing and some video editing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
PHP 25,000 around $600

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Philippines

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU
Mobo
RAM
PSU
Video Card
Case

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
WD Caviar Blue (WD500AAKS)

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
19" 1440x900

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Either this weekend or after 2 more weeks.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Nice to have the USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes Win7 Ulti 64bit

Here's my initial list:
Core i5 3450 = PHP8530
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V = PHP3050
G.Skill Ares F3 1333CL9D 8GAO = PHP2210
Powercolor HD4850 = PHP3160
Seasonic S12II 520W = PHP2850
Fractal Design Define Mini = PHP3040 (Special price only until 30th July)

TOTAL = PHP22840

I plan to buy a better monitor and vid card later this year.

I'm thinking of getting another HDD either 500GB Caviar Blue or 500GB Caviar Black? or would a 60GB SSD greatly improve my system?

Here's the link of the shop I will buy from: PC Hub

Considering that the Phillipines is a very tropical place, I would not recommend getting that Fractal Design case unless your room is completely air-conditioned during the hot months. Go with the NZXT Source 210 Elite case at a minium.

Since you're planning on video editing, it's not a good idea to get a mobo with only two DIMM slots and/or a 2 x 4GB RAM set. So either grab a 4 DIMM mobo instead or a single 8GB RAM stick.

If you're looking for a performance improvement storage wise, you're gonna have to go with a SSD. If you want a reliable SSD, you're looking at the Crucial M4, Samsung 830, Intel 520, Corsair Performance Pro, or Plextor M3 series SSDs. But looking at the price ranges of the crappy SSDs from that site, your budget doesn't appear to be high enough to afford a good SSD. So best to hold off on the SSD.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll stick with the NZXT Source 220. About the video editing, my wife just changes the size/encoding of the video.

I did notice that the mobo I choose just has 1 system fan connector, would this be a problem if I have a lot of case fans? Would something like Asrock H77 Pro4/MVP improve performance with features like Lucid Virtu MVP?

Just to be clear: Get the NZXT Source 210 Elite. Not the case you listed.

Not really if your case fans has molex connectors, which most case fans do these days.

Not really.

Thanks for the clarification. Regarding the NZXT Source 220, I though it would give better airflow since it has a meshed front but is there a reason why the NZXT Source 210 Elite would be better?

Oh I thought that was a typo. The 220 is fine.

Another question, would a 550 Ti or 7770 worth the extra money over the 4850? Thanks again.

I'll try to squeeze it in but which one would be a good choice:
Asus HD 7770 DirectCU = PHP6190
Powercolor HD 7770 = PHP6110
Sapphire HD 7770 = PHP5999
Sapphire HD 7770 OC = PHP6440
Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X = PHP6770

Would the better heatsinks and factory OC be worth it or should I just stick with the cheapest?
