I am looking to build a new system and would like to go the i7 route... if anyone could suggest some parts I would much appreciate it. Looking to spend roughly $2000 (maybe a lil more), but open to any suggestions.

Video card doesn't matter but would really prefer ATI. Monitor isn't needed.

My preferences (but not written in stone):

Processor - Intel i7
Mobo - Asus
Memory - Corsair Dominators
Video Card - ATI ??
Power Supply - ??
Case - Lian Li ??
HDD - Western Digital ??
Multi Burner - ?? (Nothing real fancy... only lookin to burn music cds and stuff and don't even do it that often)

Is it for a pure gaming build ? Do you do any 3D rendering / video encoding or some other heavy multimedia stuff?

Please answer the 10 questions so we can better guide you.

Here's a rough build:
CPU: i7 920
Cooling: TRUE-120 1366, Corsair H50, or Prolimatech Megahalems
Motherboard: ASUS P6T
RAM: 6GB G.Skill DDR3 1600 (1.5v)
Video Card: ATI 5850
PSU: Corsair 750HX (modular), 750TX (non-modular), Antec TruePower New TP-750
Hard Drive: Samsung F3 1TB or Western Digital 1TB Black
Case: Your personal preference
DVD Burner: Any $25-30 burner will do
