Help with first time water cool

So far I am seeing that my idle temps have dropped about 10C
it was usually around 40-42C now its around 32C

Idle temps don't really mean much with Intel CPUs since the thermal registers are designed solely to be accurate in their upper ranges. In short, Intel doesn't care if a Q6600 or i7 920 is running at 40C idle or 60C idle as long as the load temps stay under the danger values, so they didn't waste time or money designing something that handles idle temps. The lower the temp of the CPU, the less accurate the reading is.

+8 for idle is great. try running prime95 for a bit and let us know what the max temp is.

What sucks is,, I'm not sure what my temps were before. I have to search the boards here. Pretty sure I posted them once before. :)

So now that I am on water I need some help trying to get my CPU OC'd higher.
Currently at 3.6 runn 20x180 @1.3125v

I tried 20x200 @1.33 and could almost get into windows but it would restart. Upping the voltage made it not boot at all. 19x220 would not boot at all either.
