I just upped the FSB from 200MHz-240MHz(See my sig for system specs). After upping the FSB I saved and exited BIOS, the system continued to restart. When restarted the MSI logo screen comes up. My system makes a beep, and that is all that happens. It just sits at the screen, wont even go into the BIOS screen. Its toally locked up. What can I do. Please help me fix this. Thanks--

clear your CMOS. If you don't know how to do this, grab your manual.

Reboot and hold the insert key down....then get into your BIOS and fix the problem. Viola.
 
If the insert trick doesn't work, hold down the button inside when rebooting. It is over by the SATA ports I think.
 
Reseting the CMOS did the trick! Thanks for the help guys.

I said that wrong..I didn't go from 200FSB straight to 240. I did it slowly over the last 4 days. Bumped to 210FSB ran Prime95 for 24HRS everything was stable. I kept repeating this process. Yesterday, I bumped up the FSB from 230 to 240, then my computer tweaked. So it seems 2.3GHz is as far as my system will go. Any suggestions on how to acheive a higher OC? Thanks...
 
Loosen memory timings or run a memory divider. Lower your HTT multiplier. Increase by less than 10mhz each time :). Bump your Vcore and/or Vdimm.
 
If i upped my Vcore or Vdimm, what should i put them at. I know nothing about messing with voltages. Any advice?
