Help - no signal to monitors.

I left my pc on with witcher 3 on. When I returned my pc to monitor signal was gone. PC lights and fans are running but I don't know if the pc is running.

I tried clearing bios with the jumpers, tested different ram sticks, tested onboard gfx without my vcard, tried a different pcie slot and memory slots. Nothing is giving my monitors a signal. I have two monitors, connected by HDMI and display port. I don't think it's the monitor or source.

Do you guys think it's a psu problem or mobo?
 
Not a great choice in PSUs. Can you test with a different PSU? 700w is overkill. A test PSU doesn't necessarily need that much power for a POST.
 
All the fans and leds run normally and I didn't hear any power cycling didn't think it would be a psu problem. Any PSU recommendations? I'll buy a new one to test it and use it for future build. Buy so far, everything leads to a mobo problem? Any possibility that it's the processor?
