Help! Need Advice on Cooling

OK this is my first computer I have built and now I'm having some overheating problems. And since you people have a lot of experience with tight spaces in a computer I need some advice on a good heatsink &/or fan for my processor and motherboard because it keeps on overheating. My setup is

Coolermaster Ammo 533
Asus A8V
AMD San Diego 3700+
Aspire ATX-AS520W
Corsair XMS 1GB

You might want to try "Overclocking and COOLING." We don't get the luxury of choosing from the full range of cooling options.

If it's just bad temps, buy some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. Grab an XP-90+fan or Zalman 7000 if you want something cooler/quieter http://www.jab-tech.com/product.php?productid=2921

Cooling is just part of the issue. Space is really a biggie too.
