Help! Need Advice on Cooling

OK this is my first computer I have built and now I'm having some overheating problems. And since you people have a lot of experience with tight spaces in a computer I need some advice on a good heatsink &/or fan for my processor and motherboard because it keeps on overheating. My setup is

Coolermaster Ammo 533
Asus A8V
AMD San Diego 3700+
Aspire ATX-AS520W
Corsair XMS 1GB
