Basically my pump emits a very loud annoying noise smells of burning and doesn't pump water I have a video but can't upload it to here just wondering if there is a quick fix

The quick fix is to replace the pump. Problem solved.
I hate to say it, but this

makes me agree with this
I've sent an email to vibox but I'm pretty pissed off as I run a tribe on ARK which usually requires me to be on every day and atm we might be getting attacked by a bigger tribe so I need to be on today, that's what I meant by a quick fix and I wouldn't trust myself to change the pump

If I could somehow remove the pump and place a household fan on the CPU could that work as a temporary fix?

Absolutely not. If you just need to be up and running in a hurry, get a Hyper 212 Evo air cooler. Are you using an all in one liquid cooler? What brand is Vibox? Are they a PC builder?

Edit: I see now. You bought your PC prebuilt. Unless you're lucky enough to live somewhere close to Vibox, or a PC shop that's comfortable with liquid cooling, or you're willing to learn a lot, really fast, and spend some money, your rig is not going to be back online within the day. A blown water pump is not something you want to run with.

Watercooling
If you're not comfortable opening the loop and fixing it yourself with a new pump, your quickest method is going to be buying one of these and using it instead:

Removing that block and radiator should be doable without opening it. You'll just install the Hyper 212 where your block/pump are, and take the fans off the radiator and install them in your case without the radiator. You'll be up and running again.

Also I shook my PC quite hard and some white powder looking stuff went into the tubes when I felt tubes it was very hot

Don't turn it on again until you've replaced that cooler, my man. You're gonna toast your processor.

I mean, it'll probably just thermal shutdown, but that's not exactly good for it either.

Bro I got so much porn and shit on there I don't wanna send it for vibox for them to see also they wanna charge me £25 for the courier to pickup the PC and drop off after repaired

Pretty sure VanGoghComplex was implying that you just replace the cooler yourself. The Hyper212 is pretty cheap, compatible with just about everything, easy to install as far as heatsinks go, and is a solid performer for what it costs. And is far from the only option, it's just a very common, inexpensive cooler.

Now if you are trying to claim warranty on a pre-built computer, then you may be stuck mailing/delivering the entire unit. But for the low price of what a Hyper212 costs, I wouldn't bother.

This is [ H ] after all - be glad no one has recommended you build your own heat sink from scratch yet.

If you're that worried, just remove your hard drive. They don't need it to fix the cooling loop.

But yeah, you're not gonna be able to fix your pump. They're not really user-serviceable. They go bad, you replace them. You're gonna have to spend some money one way or the other. It's up to you if you wanna spend it shipping your computer or replacing the cooler yourself.
