Help me make my system silent

Hey guys I currently have a system that is kind of noisy
I want to make it silent as possible which upgrades you guys recommend
or should I just get a whole new system?? was thinking of upgrading to a i5-2500K if it's worth it
I dont want a water cooling system

-Cooler Master Elite 360 currently 120mm case fan is on
-Intel Core i3 Processor i3-530 stock heatsink
-MSI H55M-E33
-western digital blue 500gb startup hard drive
-Western digital green 2tb
-ATI radeon 5670
-Antec earthwatts 430w

You're gonna have to go through the PC and narrow down which of those parts are actually the chief causes of noise in your PC.

So we can't help you until you know for sure which of those parts are loud.
