Help me choose my next system.

As you can tell from my sig it's time to upgrade. I pretty much have everything I want picked out, but I want to see if there are any good recommendations worth considering. I'm going for a high end system because I don't regularly upgrade, as you could probably tell.

CPU/Mobo/HSF
A64 3400+ Clawhammer core
MSI K8N Neo Platinum, although it seems many have had problems with it recently. I'm hoping a BIOS update will fix everything because I like the features on this board.
Zalman CNPS-7000 Cu.
Swiftech MCX-159 chipset cooler.
AS5 for both HSFs.

Memory
1GB OCZ PC-3700EB

HDDs
2 WD 160 GB SATA in RAID 0

Video
X800XT, when I can find one. This is the only thing keeping me from upgrading.

Audio
Onboard Audio with Kinyo KY-100 5.1 headphones.
I'll get an Audigy 2ZS if I don't like the onboard sound.
I don't need speakers because I prefer headphones.

Monitor
Samsung 1100DF 21". I chose this because it was recommened in Anandtech's high end buyer's guide.

Optical Storage
Undecided - probably a LiteOn or Nutech DVD burner.

Case and Power Supply
Antec Super Lanboy and Antec TrueBlue480W.
I plan on replacing the 2 stock fans in the Super Lanboy with some higher speed fans.

UPS
APC 725VA BackUPS

The whole thing will cost somewhere around $2500-$2600. I'll probably get most of it from Newegg and ZipZoomFly. So what on the list would you change?

NEVER buy a motherboard having problems hoping that they will be fixed with a BIOS update. Either find a different board or wait until they get fixed by ordering. What if the fix for the problems comes instead in a new board revision? You may be able to get an RMA, but why go through the hassle?

I'm no huge fan of OCZ memory. I'd go Corsair.

Make sure you don't mind noise from your computer. WD Caviar SEs are loud. They make a high pitched whine similar to what you hear from some old TVs/monitors. I can't stand it. I'm going to switch to Seagate.

NEC/Mitsubishi makes better CRTs than Samsung IMO, though the Samsungs are still very nice.
