I would ask all the Hardware professionals a small favor. I would like some help me buying the best parts at newegg.com

I need:
Motherboard
Processor
Video Card
Hard Drive
RAM
DVD ROM

Nothing else. It's for a gaming PC.

Help is really appriciated.

DFI nf4 Ultra-D (make sure to get it retail not OEM)
Venice 3200+
ATI X800XL
Samsung 160GB SATA2 HD. Way better than the 7200.7 ;)
Corsair, Mushkin, whatever other decent brand 1GB pack
NEC ND3520A

Hell, you should have a bit left over there. If you really don't need a power supply (and I stress that!) or a case, you might be able to go for an even faster proc. Or add a sound card. Or get a second hard drive. Or just keep the money. Edit: or upgrade that monitor! 1024x768! yuck!

Mobo:

eVGA 256-A8-N344-AX Geforce 6800GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail $329

That all comes out to about $913. Thats a very nice setup, and will run alot of games for a long time. This system is also very balanced performance wise. Thats what I would suggest.

Who-In-The-What-Now? Your sig says NewEgg wont ship to mexico and that you live there but you still want it all from NewEgg?

I love the egg, but last weekend I spent damn near a grand, at 5 different shops. The egg has great prices, great policies, and great shipping speeds, but sometimes you have to go elsewhere.

I just got all my boxes today. It was a stack 4' high right when I walked in the door. (NewEgg x3, ZipZoomFly x2, SVC x1, mWave x1,Xoxide x1) See it here

I think you can save some money by transfering that RAM, and whatever DVD drive you have, Also if you plan on keeping that hard drive, and plan on sticking to IDE those new Maxtor 16mb's are pretty nice.
As for everything else, I agree with what homer listed. I just got that HDD, will tell you how it is when I put it together tomorrow.

Motherboard - Epox 9NDA3+ - $110
Processor - AMD A64 3000+ Venice - $150
Video Card - 6600 GT - $175 or so
Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 250 gig - $131
RAM - Corsair XMS 512 x 2 - $130
DVD ROM - Nec 3520a - $52

Total - $748 + tax and shipping and handling

I noticed you didn't list a PSU or Case

PSU - Fortron 500w - $96
Case - Antec Sonata - $100

Total - $944 + tax and shipping and handling

The prices are just estimates and may be cheaper or more. If you'd like direct links to all the products I'll get them for you. I would buy this computer without a doubt it is basically what I have now except instead I have a Raptor HD not Seagate. The A64 3000+ can do 2.7 ghz easily, but for gaming at stock speeds it even handles HL2 and such without problems.

Any questions LMK.
