1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, music production as recreation, watching movies, listening to music, internet.

2) What's your budget?
Around 1000 USD.
2.1) Are tax and shipping included?
No.

3) Which country do you live in?
Portugal

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
GPU
Case
CPU Cooler
Monitor - Probably
PSU - Maybe

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

3 SATA HDDs
Optical Drive

I have 2 PSUs but I can buy another one if required:
- Old one: Halfmann ATX - 700W
- New one: Urano II AT-630P14P

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Flatron w2241s - 1680x 1050 - 21.6" - I'll probably need a new one since it's flickering all the time.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This or next month.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard?
USB 3.0, Sata 6Gb/s, Ethernet

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes,Win7 64bit.

Can you provide any links to any online stores that ship to Portugal?

And you should be getting a new PSU as those aren't any that good. Is that optical drive SATA or IDE?

http://www.kuantokusta.pt/ -> this one compares the prices of several online stores.
http://www.mbit.pt/

Optical Drive is IDE.

BTW, I just reduced the brightness of my monitor to see if the flickering stops - it's at least flickering less ATM.

Well you're looking at a new SATA bDVD drive as virtually no Intel motherboard these days have IDE.

A quick and dirty build:
Intel Core i5 4670K
Asus Z87-A Intel Z87 Motherboard
8GB DDR3 RAM rated at 1.5V
Western Digital 1TB hard drive
Cheapest SATA DVD burner.
Corsair TX650 V2 650W PSU
NZXT Source 210 Elite or Corsair 200R
Coolermaster Hyper 212+
Asus VH238H LCD Monitor.

Thinking of a SSD -> http://www.pixmania.com/pt/pt/13294424/art/sandisk/ssd-interno-ultra-plus-25.html

However, ATM it is already 1200€ without the monitor -_-'

EDIT: Nope, the SSD isn't essential at the moment, I'll buy one later.
Nor would I recommend that particular SSD due to Sandisk's customer support.
Someone suggested me the radeon 7970 and samsung RAM.
If the HD 7970 is cheaper than the GTX 760, go for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with it considering your budget.

If you need to cut costs and don't mind losing the overclock capability, drop the CPU down to the Core i5 4570 and the motherboard down to the MSI B85M-G43.

CORSAIR TX-750W V2 - 98,60 € (to add another 760 later)
INTEL CORE i5 4670K (3.4GHZ) SKT 1150 - 222,40 €
CORSAIR HYDRO H70 (CORE EDITION) - 72,20 €
CORSAIR CARBIDE 200R - 62,80 €
CORSAIR KIT 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ VENGEANCE (CL10 - 1.5V) - 136,60 €
ASUS GTX760 DC2 OC 2GB DDR5 - 264,90 €

Just need to think about the motherboard:

ASUS Z87-A - 137,80 (T = 995€) € VS ASROCK Z87 EXTREME4 - 187,60 € (T = 1045€).

Are you comfortable with the price? It's well above your budget from what I can tell.

Motherboard wise, I reiterate my recommendation for the Asus.

True.

In the same store:
CORSAIR TX-650W = 88€ (only 10€ difference but later it would cost more to upgrade)
CORSAIR HYDRO H40 = 61,50 € (also 10€ diffrence but I can buy this one instead)
CORSAIR 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ VENGEANCE (CL10 - 1.5V) = 69,00 € (I can buy only 8gb and the total will be 917€/1180$ with the Asus MB)

I'm considering the ASRock due to the onboard sound card but I could buy a sound card later too.

I'm also willing to bet that you can buy a far better sound card for the money too.

Which CORSAIR HYDRO H are you talking about?

Yes, I guess I'm going with this. I can always upgrade later.

Edited the previous post.

EDIT: Ivey Bridge is better for overclocking right (and cheaper)?

OK, I made the purchase:

ASUS Z87-A 137,40 €
CORSAIR CARBIDE 200R 62,80 €
CORSAIR 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ VENGEANCE (CL10 - 1.5V) 69,00 €
SAMSUNG SSD 840 250GB SATA III 152,70 €
ASUS GTX760 DC2 OC 2GB DDR5 263,30 €
CORSAIR TX-750W V2 98,60 €
CORSAIR HYDRO H80i 87,50 €
INTEL CORE i5 4670K (3.4GHZ) SKT 1150 222,40 €

TOTAL 1093.70 € - I know, above the budged, but I couldn't help it :D
