Help finding a Win 10 tablet

Its time to replace my iPad mini and MacBook Air.
So I'm thinking a 8" Windows 10 tablet with at least (ordered by importance):

1. USB type A ports
2. Video out (any of usual standard)
3. 4gb ram
4. Core i processor
5. Keyboard dock
6. USB Type C

The portability is quite important, thus 8".
I've been looking for one but couldnt find anything interesting enough. Any advice welcomed.

You won't find any core i in that size only 10" and above. For some reason most respectable manufacturers don't bother with sub 10" anymore, or if they do they go for ARM processors. So you are stuck with chinese manufacturers. The GPD Win2 ticks most of your points although it's not a tablet and quite expensive. Tablet wise there was the Xiaomi Mi Tab 2 which came closest to an iPad mini but it doesn't tick most of your points.

Dell latitude 5175 comes close and the 4GB ones can he had for about $330 but that is a 11" incher

most if not all of the 8" are some flavor of atoms and USB C is not an option.... they also typically do no have keyboard docks and rely upon a BT option
