Here's my prospected build:
Intel Q6600 (OC to 400x9)
8GB DDR2 800 G.Skill
Gigabyte EP35-DS3R
2 WD 640GB in Raid 0
EVGA 9800 GTX (OC)
Lite-On Blu-Ray Drive
Asus DVD burner
Front Card Reader
5 Scythe S-flex fans
Auzentech X-Fi Prelude
AverTV PCIe HDTV Tuner Card

I want it to be quiet, so I was considering the Corsair 520HX, but I'm not sure if that will be enough. Thoughts?
 
The 520HX should be enough. Though I'd spend the extra $30 for the 620HX for a little headroom.

Or if you don't care for modular cables, get this PSU:
Corsair 650TX 650W PSU - $100
 
Is that the same PSU, but without the modular cabling? Is it just as quiet as the other?
 
Once again, like other people with similar questions...HX520 would suffice but the HX620 is a great investment should you decide to go SLi or add anything else to your system...
 
I'm thinking the 650TX is what I'll go with...I don't need the modular cabling, and my case doesn't have a window so if it's a bit messy it'll be fine. I don't really plan on SLI at all, but I just want everything to be stable.
