The G34 OC guide here mentions that in order to OC IL ES CPUs you only need TPC, but do not mention what part Numbers are good and what PN to avoid when searching for Extra Sexy Opterons.

I found somewhere that PN ending in G43 do not work in some mobos. But what are the "safe bet" PNs for Engineering Sample 6200/6300 series?
The ES OC thread here talks a lot about 4p systems and reports a lot of problems related to the High power usage of 62xx in mobos and PSUs. So i believe that a " recommended list" of mobos for 2p OC is in order, focused on beefy power circuitry os easy to install heatsinks over power circuitry.

Decoding Pns does not look that hard:
ZS248145TGG54
ZS- Eng Sample
24- 2.4GHz stock
8145- ????
T-?
G- 16c. C=12c, 8= 8cores
G54- stepping. IL use G43-G45, AD G53-G55.

I will avoid linking directly to ebay, but as of now the following PN are there waiting for the [H] veredict:

ZS212045TGG44 ZS182045TGG43 ZS212345TGG45
ZS262445TCG45 ( Extremely Sexy 12c [email protected] stock.. is this good for OC?)
ZS188159TGG54 ZS232245TGG44 ZS232545TGG45

1- Please help me do an ES list of good PNs.
2- Lets start a list of 2p mobos suited for OC 62xx/63xx ES CPUs.

Finally, this is highly YMMV but it would be good to know if a lower or higher base clock for ES can somehow means better or worse OC/watts, so i kindly ask ES owners to post here their PN, max stable OC achieved and the power draw. This way we can detect if "18" chips draw less power at same frequency or if "23" chips can reach higher OCs.

I have four ZS262660TGG45 in a 4P G34 motherboard. I had them running at 3.4GHz and 3.5GHz for a while (air cooled), but the machine would hang every 7-14 days. I now have them running at 3.15GHz using tear's 62xx Alpha BIOS (210 RefClk) and they've been stable for 20 days (knock on wood). I prefer the stability over max overclock. It was the only system I had to touch every week or so.
