Same. My first job was 3 months at Jamba Juice. So I know most of their recipes. The rest I can think up from the ingredients or just watching.
A few hints - buy FRESH fruit, it's often cheaper than it is to buy the frozen stuff. You can freeze it yourself with ziplocks. Same goes for Chicken.
If you've been to Fry's cafe, they have an awesome smoothie called "Blue Hawaiian". I made a recipe that tastes pretty close to it.
- .5 Cup Blueberries
- 1-2 Bananas (depends)
- Std. Shot glass of coconut water
- .5 to 1 Cup of Pineapple Juice
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Fat Free or Slow Churned Ice Cream
- Ice
Protein powder if I'm working out.
