Looks like Heatware is throwing a bunch of PHP/MySql errors.... many instances of this or similar:

Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in D:\www\heatware\web\PHP\page_header.inc on line 42

Anyone else?

Yep, looks like it. The tables on tge left aren't showing and a search for my heat isnt coming up with any results.

Yes it is down. Even if you try to log in. You get a "invalid username" error now. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

yay, PHP/MySQL run, wonder if they locked down the sql command lines so people cannot interject code into the system, lol.

I'd donate that at least in my time to get the platform off IIS onto a *nix platform of their choosing, and write some PHP routines that would effectively kill any injection attacks, I've had PHP / Mysql on Win32/Win64 and it's such a pain.

Update: Still down. Youch. Anybody know how to get ahold of the powers that be over there, either to let them know and/or offer to render technical assistance? It almost look as though earlier poster is correct and somebody injected SQL code to empty or delete tables. I'd even be willing to help out with a mirror site, since MySql will replicate to a slave DB server - you never know what a great service it is until you've taken it for granted.

Hope they can get it fixed quickly, they have a great program going there. Until then, anyone looking for Heat will have to use Google caching.

I emailed the individual and he didn't know it was having issues. He got it fixed its back up. Thank you HEATWARE!!!

Down hard from my iphone and desktop. No http service even.

Looks to be back up, I can pull nickname data just fine, but it looks like they pulled a backup file, so anyone who got heat in the last 3-4 days may want to make sure they got it still just incase.
