I'd donate that at least in my time to get the platform off IIS onto a *nix platform of their choosing, and write some PHP routines that would effectively kill any injection attacks, I've had PHP / Mysql on Win32/Win64 and it's such a pain.
Update: Still down. Youch. Anybody know how to get ahold of the powers that be over there, either to let them know and/or offer to render technical assistance? It almost look as though earlier poster is correct and somebody injected SQL code to empty or delete tables. I'd even be willing to help out with a mirror site, since MySql will replicate to a slave DB server - you never know what a great service it is until you've taken it for granted.
Looks to be back up, I can pull nickname data just fine, but it looks like they pulled a backup file, so anyone who got heat in the last 3-4 days may want to make sure they got it still just incase.
