I need to get a new HDD to replace the replacement that WD sent me this year.
The bad HDD is IDE, but I want to go with SATA now.
My question is does the Asus AN8-E support SATA 3Gb or Serial ATA150?
Asus's website just says 2 x SATA connections in the Specs for my mobo.

Thanks in advance for all your replies.

Also any HDD recommendations are welcome.

Well I am biteing th bullet and ordered the Seagate Barracuda 160 SATA 3Gb,
Hopefully wont have to send it back.
 
I think NF4 boards are SATA2 compatible (you have to check which SATA connector you put it on though because 3rd party controllers on some boards are only SATA1). But either way, that drive will work with either SATA1 or SATA2 controllers.
