What is the best or at least best bang for $150 as far as a HDD goes. Friend needs it for storage, he has a SSD for his OS. His budget is around $150 and he is requesting a min of 2tb for space. His SSD is 120GB and running out fast. I am not sure which HDD are at the top recently as far as performance goes.

Here's a seagate 3TB for $160 otherwise any 2TB will do.
