Of those choices I would get the Hitachi, it is the only USB3 drive you posted. I will never give iomega another cent in my life after click of death zip and jaz horrors.
 
Seems that a lot of hds have had issues recently. I would go with WD just because they are so big. They seem to take care of warranty stuff fairly well too.
