hdd led cable sliced!

I just bought a raidmax smiloden case, however they spell it, anyways the hdd led wire that is in the case to the mobo is sliced, will the pc still work without it? sorry in advance for asking a dumb question.

Yes, the PC will work fine without the LED.

you could always swap the power led for the hdd led if u want. i think the connectors are usually the same.

The wires are the same, but the connector is sometimes different. You can fix the cable...just strip off the casing a little bit and twist them back together and then cover it with electrical tape. It should work.
