I am looking for a cheap replacement for my hd6450.
It is getting a little flaky and crashing the driver after years of good service.
Its going in a hp 8300 so low profile and very low power draw.
No games and just 2 1080 monitors.
Prefer fanless but a quiet fan is ok.
Any recommendations? Thanks!!!

GeForce 1030 or Radeon 550 are the go-to ultra-low-end options these days. Both are available in low profile flavors. For what you're doing something like used Radeon 240 would work fine too.

If you don't need much look for a Dell R5 240 (called an OUGA11 as well). This is a GCN 1.0 card still supported by new AMD drivers. It's basically an R7 250 with a reduced (64-bit) memory bus and DDR3 memory. If your not gaming though, it would be a nice upgrade over the unsupported HD6450.

These can be found on ebay for $15 or less. It has DVI-I and DisplayPort outputs, so you can easily grab a DVI to HDMI adapter / etc to drive two monitors.
