HD data destruction

Hmm, damn terrorist ruin all our fun :( We can't buy magnesium strips(required to lite thermite) OTC anymore after 9/11. Same with the gun powder mats :(

www.unitednuclear.com . Friends and I bought enough to make 5lbs of thermite or so to use on his old van, they sell magnesium ribbon. Camping firestarters are also sufficient to light thermite, as is a small amount of potassisum permanganante on top, and then adding glycerin to it (note that this starts the reaction right away!). Aluminum is easily the most expensive part though, yeah. Melting those HDDs into a pool of thermite would be sweet :D
 
My friend's Dad own's a metal shop. Let's just say I got a bag of powdered alluminum stashed :)

Potassuium Permanganate(wiki) Sounds fun to say the least, will have to check out this United Nuclear site, thanks for reccommendation.
 
Just pile them up, get a sludge hammer, and have your self some fun ;)

Sell tickets around the office. 3 whacks for a buck. Get all the drives destroyed and everyone has a blast in the process!
