guys, i'd like to know the processing time of orders made w/ dangerdenstore.com, how long it'd take them to ship your ordered items. thanks
 
ordered at about 8 at night and was shipped the nex day ,dd is usually very good about shipping the nex day unless their out of stock

I've had great results ordering from them. Their customer support is some of the best I've ever dealt with. They get my highest recommendation. And no, I'm not on their payroll.
 
I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them for a watercooling setup for one of my dualie systems, and they shipped it all promptly.

Their customer support was awesome at helping me deal with a cracked cpu block as well. I would highly recommend them :D
 
Yeah, my order was shipped promptly, and everything was 100% perfect.
 
Ordered a BIP 2, Maze4 GPU, dual floppy res, and fittings at appx 1pm CST today. Got a order confirmation at 2:30pm. No tracking #, so I assume it'll go out tomorrow morning. ( well actually this morning )

DD has great customer serviced as already metioned before. They ship pretty damn fast and just a great company to deal with.

DD is excellent, they always ship same day for me when I order before 12pm. And, their products are top notch, A+ FOR DD
 
Excellent service, Placed an order for pretty much a full setup, got a call 2 hours later because they had ran out of the BIP2 in black, but had blue or the BIP2 XFlow which they would give for the same price... went with the blue one, it was shipped the next day.

I've ordered a couple reservoirs and an A64 RBX lucite top from them.. My only complaint would be the order processing time(was 3 days). No complaints otherwise. Great company and great people.

Btw, first post here for me, after a year of lurking. :)

i have better place, but my problem is they don't have the D5-12V pump. that's why i had to order from DangerDen, what my store have is the swiftech MCP655 and reading all the post about how bad the customer service of swiftech discouraged me to buy the product.

in my store, if i order at 8a.m. in the morning i get it at the same morning that same day, customer service is 200%, RMA is better than the best, i can do a walk in and an xchange on the spot without asking for RMA. the store is www.performance-pcs.com --i live 2 blocks away from the store. it's always nice to deal w/ local store, they love you more for being local.

I have bought a lot from them and they are great to deal with. Dan and Kathi are very helpful and are really concerned about customer relations.
