Have a Mecca case? I need help!

My case came without manual.

I need to know which case cable (powers, hd, reset, etc.) colour is positive and negative. Is the white lines positive or is it the coloured ones?

My computer is not working properly, I am not sure if it is the case cables of the jumpers. But to nail down the problem, can someone please tell me about the cables?

White should be negative, but it doesn't matter at all for switches and for LEDs, they just won't come on backwards.
