It's time to retire my AMD Phenom II...

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Casual gaming, web browsing and some applications, nothing heavy.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I want to keep it around 600, probably 650 max with tax and shipping.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU and probably a 2nd SSD for RAID 0.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Mostly Steam games, Office applications, little bit of Photoshop here and there, nothing really major.

I have a 500GB HDD and a 2TB HDD, I use the SSD for the OS, applications and games.

Sorry I do have a SATA optical drive that I will be bring over, as well as the current copy of Windows 7 that I am currently using on my PC.

Go with this cheaper RAM instead since DDR3 2400 has little to no real world improvement over DDR3 1333 RAM:

Have to ask: Is your current copy of Windows 7 a retail copy or an OEM copy? If it's the latter (OEM), then you'll need to buy a new copy.

Do you see yourself going with a dual-GPU solution? If not, you can save some money by switching out the PSU for an equally capable alternative:

$90 - Seasonic M12II 650 Bronze 650W modular PSU

Don't worry about the 80 Plus rating; the M12II series PSUs are known to be good.
