Haswell: overclocking and thermal paste

Well, the thermal paste part seems much improved. Compared to the hot IVB Haswell runs 10* C cooler at the same clock speed. IDK how good that is compared to Sandy but it might not hinder overclocking anymore.

Well that's interesting... another site (Xbitlabs) was showing near opposite numbers at stock.
