I Have just bought a GTX 680 and is there anything else i should bother upgrading?
Look at sig for current info
I Want to have a red and black color scheme
 
Not a fan of your PSU but that is a solid system. Maybe add a SSD if you do not have one already. The only thing else you could look at changing would be peripherals like keyboard mouse etc.
 
Yeah that power supply is fairly crappy. To fit your proposed color scheme, I recommend this PSU:

what are you looking to get out of an upgrade? i'm assuming you don't have stability issues and your current psu can handle everything okay.

ssd is always a good upgrade from tradational hdd

there's not much really else that will give significant performance benefits, unless you want to go sli. any thing else would just be personal preference.
 
Upgrade the RAM to 32GB then run over half of it as a RAMDisk and store the most played games on it. FTMFW

Well not really cost effective though.
