Hardrive window mod, POST PICS HERE

the router is probably my favorite tool,
its certainly the most versitile
once you have invested a little time in learning how to use it
and building a few basic accessories, you can start getting real creative with it ;)

But considering your objective with this mod,
there are alot cheaper methods, consider for example a simple peice of cove moulding with a sandpaper facing that is glued to the inside face of the cove and then attach it to a flat backer to give you a more stability like

clamp the plex (with a pad) to a slick surface and
then you just use that to sand the edge to fit inside the cove
would give you the roundover for alot fewer shekels ;)

you might even be able to use a facier moulding but the corners would be tough
