Hard to beat

Good deal indeed but I wouldn't really recommed it to someone who plays games a lot.

The ghosting doesn't bother you?

I'm waiting until the VX924 comes out, that might be the first LCD worth buying for me I think.

It's been in daily use for a year now, what ghosting?

I had this monitor mid year 2004, Call of Duty was horrible to play as well as many other games. If all you really do is check email and surf the web and play simple games then this is the monitor for you.

I bought the black version for $899. I later sold it for 750 to a friend. he complains to me to this day. lol

In todays market of large high performance LCD's, this monitor doesn't stand up well in performance or price to the many other offerings. In fact, if it did. This unit would not carry the price it now does.

You might want to do a thread search in this forum on that monitor, if for no other reason but to see how many people found just the opposite.

Good deal for you then :D

I'm sadly cursed with über sensitive ghosting perception and seem to see it where almost no one else does... :(

You're not alone there....It always happens when being in the same room with someone looking at the same screen with them swearing they see no ghosting....They never understand I am not saying that they aren't seeing it, only that I AM....That's a big difference! I'm not callin anyone liars or anything :D
