hard drive and mobo

i have an abit mobo...how do i know if my hard drive is working at SATA 3gb/s speed?

The "Info" tab on HD Tune will tell ya the interface connection.
Keep in mind, most drives are barely hitting SATA1 speeds, and that's only with the burst rate.

hmm...it says
