I thought This would be fun.

Choose the option that bests fits what your folding with. If your like me and have a few rigs, just pick the option that applies to your highest ppd rig.

As of now:

1x 2600k, 24/7 Big adv

intermittently:

1x 1090T, no where near 24/7

Sadly for me, all i've got are folding1 running bigadv on a Core i7 930@3.46ghz and folding2 running bigadv on a Gulftown@3.60ghz.

I am in limbo right now... but I voted 2P since that is what is sitting behind me waiting to fold for the [H]orde. I will also fold a bit on my x5560 rig, with a GTX 470 when that comes online.

2 x 2CPU SMP and 1 x 1 CPU SMP (soon to be retired and replaced with another SR-2)

I heard you were waiting on some help to fix that. ;)

2 x 2 CPU -bigadv for the [h]orde, part time 1090T and 460 for my other team

Sitting on the bench 1 dual core and a GTx 275, 2 x GTS 250 and a 8800GT

Im in flux right now. Im changing stuff around but I should be back to SR-2 and a VM on my server (i7 3.6x4vcpu) this weekend.

I need to be able to select multiple options... I've got:

4x i7-2600Ks (2 bigadv, 2 smp)
3x various quad cores
3x GTX460s

I feel dumb...

I read the "SMP 4 CPU" option as "SMP 4, on CPU". Not as a box with 4 CPUs in it.

So put me down for a "SMP, on one CPU" Sorry to muddy your results!

The current farm:

4p g34 dodeca
2p sr-2 (hexacore @ 4.1ghz)
2p quad lga1366
2x i7-2600k (1 bigadv, 1 smp)
2x i7-2600 (smp)

I don't think your alone on this. There are WAY to many people who clicked this options to have 4p systems.

1 X 1090T smp 6, GTX560Ti gpu3 folding 24/7
1 X PhII X4 smp 4, GTX460 gpu3 folding when it's not put to sleep by my kid playing AOE online
1 X Q6600 smp 3, GTS450 just back from RMA will not fold past 1% - grrr
1 X C2D smp 2, GTX260 gpu2 folding about 50% of the time when my other kid boots it up in his room

yeah I've been trying to figure out that huge 4p number myself

We've tried this several times AFAIK, somehow we always manage to screw it up :)

~ 2x 1p, 14x 2p, 1-3 4p

I clicked single bigadv because that is the biggest I am always folding on. I do sometimes fold on 4P rigs but didn't count that since it is only sometimes. Maybe some people counted their sometimes systems.

I choose the 2p....although it is the machine I get the most ppd on, it accounts for less than 10% of what I output. The bulk comes from SMP and bigadv on other machines.

w00t back to 2 boxen again. Finally got my main rig back on the SMP train, and still got my trusty GTS250 cranking out about 7K ppd since the last contest we had. Now I should start mowing people like crazy!

we need a new poll ... putting smp in front makes it look like a flag setting...

Perhaps a Google Spreadsheet with systems and clients listed?
Then again... I wouldn't want to enter all the clients I was running...

maybe.....

This was more for fun and talk, but if you want to get more scientific about it.....

I might have started one of those actually.

Actually haitch's app pulls the data automatically with cpuz. We just need him to compile the data.

It doesn't work right in linux all the time...
And you would still have to run it on all your systems....
