I'm having a very strange sudden issue.

I have an EVGA GTX 570, an AMD Phenom II X4, and a Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H motherboard. Suddenly (and randomly) every few times I start the computer up, there is no video output. I can't figure out what causes this to happen - I'll restart the computer a few times in a row, sometimes it'll come back on, sometimes I have to wait a few hours.

I'm not sure what the issue is... motherboard.. GPU? Any suggestions? At the moment I'm logged in through remote desktop (oh, forgot to mention that - the computer is obviously working fine it's just not putting out video.)

Thoughts?

probably the video card. do you have a spare you can use to test with?

this just happened to me recently and I confirmed it was a bad card.

What PSU do you have?
