GTS 450 block

IMO it would be pointless to WC one and there are no blocks for it so you'd most likely have to use a universal GPU block for it.
 
Not exactly sure why you want to watercool such a low-end card.

The only ones that might fit are those universal ones.
 
Then just use a universal block and then heatsinks for the ram. If you get the right kind of one you might be able to use it on whatever replaces it too.
