Not going to copy the chart to here, but it's kinda cool that they think the GTX 1070 is a tier above a 980ti. Also a R9 390x is the same speed as a GTX 780. GTX 1060 is the same tier as a GTX 690?

I mean, in performance, it technically is, no? Benchmarks generally show them performing similarly with the 1070 having a lead in some titles.
 
They're fairly equal in real-world performance, even comparing stock-to-stock or OC-to-OC...But the 1070 is newer, uses less juice, and supports the new Pascal features..so yeah, it's better.

I have 980Tis and won't be upgrading anytime soon...but if I had to buy either a 980Ti or a 1070 today, there's no way I'd go with the 980Ti.
